DANCEsling is a really lovely parent and baby babywearing dance class. It’s suitable for you and your baby from 6weeks old to preschool age.
No dance experience necessary!
If you like to boogie with your baby around the house, then DANCEsling classes are for you!
Come and experience the joy and benefits of dance while keeping your baby close!
Each class starts with a warm up, we learn a dance routine, cool down (including a pelvic floor workout) and then we sit, chat and laugh while the babies socialise and play!
I’m a Advanced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Dance Teacher with over 15 years experience. I am also a certified baby wearing peer supporter.
Wednesdays 1-2pm (perfect time for your little one to snuggle and nap while you move)
