Re: Bedtimes
Hi, dads and moms. Sleeping is so important for kids’ growth. It strengths their immune system. Going to bed early and wake up early must be a holy thing. At age of 7, they are active. They have to sleep 10 or11 hours. The bed time has to be at 9 p.m. At 5, the child may need more hours (11- 13). The bed time may be between 6 to 8 p.m. The 19 months child needs 12- 14 hours. Move bedtime earlier to help adjustment to no nap.
