Pushchair help

Does anyone know of a pushchair that folds up really small but has suspension/proper inflated wheels?

Hi there ! I'am a new mum and I looking for a pram very small but comfortable for my baby and it can either face you, or face forwards, towards the street have you got any advice for me ?
