Welcome and congratulations! Do you know if you're having a boy or a girl?

I'm Louise, I'm 31 and have two kids, Felix, who is 2 1/2 and Iris who just turned 10 months.

Everyone on here is lovely, I hope you become a regular!

Hi Weezy!

Thank you :) Your childrens names are beautiful. We are having real trouble with names! Girls no problem but boys - arghhh! nightmare - I dont seem to like any!!
I'm 13+5 today and we've decided that we'll more than likely be finding out whether we are on team pink or blue when the time comes, I just want to know everything about him/her!
Trying to get the hang of finding my way around on here, but sure hope to stay!
xx

Names so far...

Boys - none!! I always loved the name Lenny,(my grandad was Leonard) after trying to get pregnant for several years and because of my PCO I resigned myself to the fact I'd probably never have children and when my sister fell pregnant with a boy she asked if she could have the name instead.
Girls - we're pretty much set on the name Caryn. I've always liked it, and luckily Steve does too! We have Connie and Tori as backups!

Thanks Michelle - how cute are your 2!!
xx

Thanks everyone!
It's great to find a local forum - seems a bit more intimate and friendly when you talk to people who aren't miles away.

Yes Jenn - really pleased with it it's so clear!

I feel OK Gemma - as a result of being pregnant I now have diabetes and haven't stabilised my sugars yet. I have to go on insulin as of tomorrow so I'm hoping that will balance me out and perk me up a bit - just seem to be so tired all the time!

Do you guys meet up and do social things together?xx

We do, though haven't had as many recently. There's a coffee afternoon at mine on tuesday which you're welcome to come to! And the Essex Mums birthday party at the end of March Haven't had much organised over your way recently though.
