Friendless yummy/slummy mummy in Chelmsford

Doesnt that sound desperate.... :lol: In all seriousness, I have lots of friends, just none with children who are nearby. If I fancy a night out dancing and drinking copious amounts of wine, I am inundated with offers. If I fancy doing something with Maisie (my 2 year old daughter) during the day, it is a lot more difficult. I am 29, married with just the one child and want to meet mums or dads in a similar situation. We have a season ticket to Colchester Zoo and love getting out and about doing everything from Swimming and softplay to shopping and lunch and if I could find a gym buddy with membership to the Riverside, even better!!:D

Unfortunately, I don't live near Chelmsford but I'm pretty sure that there are mums on here who are.

Im Gemma, 25 and married to Dom and we have a lil man called Jack who is nearly 3 and half.
We dont live in Chelmsford but Westcliff.

Ah thanks guys for the warm welcome. How friendly us Essex folk are. I do drive so may well venture to one of the nearby other meets. I can see there are quite a few people from chelmsford after scanning through the meets section so think now I have a couple of posts under my belt, will brave it and say hi on there too.

Hi Emma :) I live in Chelmsford and have a boy (3) and a girl (19 months). Theres quite a few of us Chelmsford mums on here and we are all very lovely :D
