Hey everyone, My names Claire and im due to give birth in 30 days. My first baby and im petrified

Found out about this site from Bumps, Babes and Kids on Sunday

Hoping to make some good friends and to stock up on advice

Welcome to the site Claire, I remember meeting you actually!

No need to be scared, it may seem daunting but you'll be fine! Newborns don't really give you the opportunity to be nervous once they're here!

I'm sure the ladies here will offer plenty of advice too. Where are you due to have the baby? Do you know what you're having?

Thank you so much everyone for the kind welcome. Im due to have my baby at Southend hospital. Im due on 27th November and im having a girl. I would really like to have a water birth if possible but slightly scared as everything is new. I have read so much into everything but still slightly unsure of what to expect. My step mum keeps telling me if things were that bad then no body would have a second child.

Stil doesn't stop the nerves unfortunatly. x
