Children of all ages are invited to come along and experience ‘life changing’ classes with us at DanceMode. Does your child love to perform? Do they have bundles of energy? DanceMode classes are a great way for children to channel all that energy and excitement productively. DanceMode have also found that classes help children lacking in self confidence. Principal Nicole Kilian works hard with each child bringing out their self esteem and confidence and has truly seen some drastic changes in the children who have been coming to classes.
What makes DanceMode so different to other performing arts schools?
Nicole is proud to say that DanceMode is not like any other performing arts school. Not only has she trained professionally, worked in the industry and is now ready to pass on her knowledge. She is dedicated to each and every DanceMode child and helps them achieve their goals, whether it be for fun or professional careers in the future. After having worked for many well known dance schools before setting up her own she believes she has ‘perfected’ teaching classes of children and getting the best out of them. Not only making classes fun and exciting but giving each children the time and positive encouragement they may need individually. She says ‘We work at bringing the best out of the children in a fun safe environment, aim to help build children’s self esteem and confidence whilst teaching children not only in a class environment but helping children on a one to one basis. Giving all children the support needed to bring out the best of each child’s talent.’
DanceMode Basildon are proud to be known for having a friendly atmosphere where each child feels apart of the DanceMode family!
Each term DanceMode offer different opportunities for the children to get involved in. We put on shows, a great chance for the children to perform on a real stage in front of their friends and family. Freestyle dance competitions the chance to win trophies. IDTA Freestyle Dance Exams which DanceMode hold an 100% pass rate with all children gaining between 80%-100%. We are also proud to be a part of the Essex Leopards Basket Ball Team dancing for them at their matches, and annual prize givings.
