I am really passionate about helping women stay strong and supple during this special time in their lives. The key to exercising in pregnancy is to keep your body moving whilst staying injury free so you can enjoy a healthy and active pregnancy.
I have designed threeexercise programs to follow that use the whole body and you can do the majority of these exercise at home with just a little bit of equipment.
I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and training 4 x per week because it has been so helpful, i am strong, supple and the healthiest i could be for both me and the baby. I know my body will thank me for it after the birth.
