We have a new expert joining Lisa in this section. As parenting is not a straightforward job, hopefully having two baby experts will help give a balanced view for anyone needing help.
With that said, I'd like to introduce our new baby expert Lynsey. Lynsey is a psychotherapeutic practitioner specialising in maternal wellbeing, the founder of Mothering Matters and a mother to 3 boys. Welcome Lynsey!

Re: Introducing Lynsey
Hi everyone and happy new year to you!
I'll let you know a little about myself and the work I do. First and most importantly I am mum to Oscar 7, Max 4 and Samuel who will be 2 at the end of the month. I live in Benfleet where I have a small psychotherapeutic practice mainly focussed on maternal wellbeing and I also run the local Mum2mum breastfeeding support group. I have volunteered with the NHS for 6 years now and have gained a lot of experience and knowledge in supporting families with infant feeding.
I facilitate a monthly Positive Birth Movement group at Leigh community centre. This is a friendly and free discussion group for all mums interested in talking to others about birth in a positive way. As part of my continued professional development I will be completing my doula qualification at the end of this month. I also sit on the Southend Hospital Maternity Service Liaison Committee.
I will be launching Mothering Matters in February which incorporates all my work and in addition I will be hosting a weekly, peer led, discussion group for all mothers.
I'm thrilled to be on the team and I'm looking forward to answering your questions.
