Thanks Louise. That box was ticked but I have just re-done it so hopefully it will notify me from now on....

I know it's a bit confusing but it needs to have a cross in it for you to receive notifications.

well I've put the cot back up so should be easier tonight and my plan is once she is asleep if she wakes up I will just lay down on the bottom bunk and reassure her and hopefully we can go from there. She's only had one sleep today for about and hour and a half before 3pm so now going to try and keep her awake till 7 then put her to bed and see what happens

Yay a better night Tabbi stayed in her cot all night. Was asleep from 8.20, woke up at 1.40 but was asleep again by 2am and woke up at 5.20 am

thank you, I came in at 1.40 am and slept on the bottom bunk and stroked her hair to get her back to sleep, my aim tonight is to hopefully go back in my room after she has fallen asleep

It wasn't as good as the first two. She woke up at 10.40pm but think that was more a dummy malfunction as it wasn't on a clip. she then awoke at 12.40 and i went in, soothed her and layed down on the bottom bunk then she woke up at around 4 i'm guessing and again I soothed her back to sleep and not once did i get her out of her cot.

That's great that you are not having to get her out of the cot! 3 wake ups compared to constant resettling when she was in your bed is a vast improvement! Keep going and good luck for tonight :-)

had a better night. I put Tabitha to bed at 6.55 and she was asleep by 7.05 and, she did wake up at 8.40 but that was because she had done a poo but as soon as I put her back she was alseep within minutes. She then awoke at 2am and it did take me a good hour and 20 mins to get her back to sleep but after the first hour I got her a bottle of milk and she was asleep within 20 mins. and didn't wake up till 7

Morning had a much improved sleep and alot better night. I put Tabitha down at 6.50 and she was asleep by 7.20 and she basically slept till 7 this morning she only awoke twice for literally 30 seconds each time for her dummy but was asleep straight away again. and I didn't have to go in there and sleep on the bottom bunk
