Getting comfortable

#1 Unread post by Schmushe » Wed Aug 04, 2010 9:50 am

I am really starting to struggle to get comfortable when I lay down recently, and wondered if anyone had any tips?

I have a long pillow which I try and put between my legs / put my tummy on iykwim, but it really doesnt help, especially when I turn over, tried using a single duvet to basically mount  to ease the pressure but nothing works!

I know there is a pregnancy wedge for sale, but dont want to spend money unecessarily on something that might not work, and then will have a wedge pillow that'll kind of be pointless once the baby is here!!

Any ideas?

What about looking for one on ebay or somewhere. I know it's an extra expense but you still have a long way to go and it's only going to get worse, so I would say it's worth investing in something. I used the pillow between the legs but could have done with something else if I'd known how bad the SPD was going to get.
