A good deal on

- maternity/breastfeeding nightwear
- an electric breastpump
- a baby monitor

I have been looking on the net but I haven't really found any good deals and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction?!

Thank you

ASDA had a baby event last week (might have finished so may be no good) but they had an electric breast pump really cheap.

Otherwise - I just bought mine from Tescos

For monitors id say have a look on the following link and read the reviews of each one, then decide which one is for you, then look on ebay. I still havent got any monitors myself and im due in 2 weeks! But will have baby in with me for minimum of 4months so still have time yet but they are just sooooo expensive and not too sure what i really want.

For electric breastpumps, it depends if you want a particular make or are on a budget? I bought an electric breastpump from ebay a couple of months ago. It was the Medela make. It was cheaper than in shops but looking now, there are some other cheaper ones on there.

And as for nightwear, im afraid i havent a clue for cheap ones if you want them brand new. Last time i found i just slept in a comfortable nursing bra because clothing as well was too fiddly and i couldnt be bothered with it in middle of the night. If you dont mind second hand, i guess ebay would be the answer again, possibly even for new.

the asda event has just finished (sunday) sorry to say they had some really good bargains the last day every thing went half price think they have a couple events throughout the year
the medela electric pump is one of the best and it was recommended to me by the NNU staff primark is nice and cheap for 'bigger sized clothes ' they dont have a maternity section though which is a shame if you join the mothercare club in store they have lots of vouchers in the pack which come inhandy not sure if the end of season sale is still on in blooming marvelous but they had jeans for under a tenner and if you go on my vouchers.com you can get a code for money off hope this was a bit of help good luck x

Thank you for all your replies!

I was thinking of getting medula pump actually as I heard it was good. There is a mini one and normal one - Is there one you would recommned over the other?

Will keep my eyes open for cheap maternity nursing pj's - I remember it being a hassle if I didn't have a top with easy access last time.

Sorry didn't reply sooner - was getting a lot of pressure and contraction like pains last night so was just trying to take it easy - also Ella came about 6 weeks early and I am around 34 weeks so wanted to take it easy.
