Daisy Birthing classes are aimed at promoting optimum health during pregnancy, preparing the key birth muscles to work efficiently during labour, and teaching the mums to be strategies they can use to help them during labour and delivery. Classes include movement, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and visualisation. The classes last for approximately 1hr 15 mins in 6 week terms, currently at a cost of £40 per term
Classes are held in Danbury & Southminster, next term commencing September 2013
