How much you cost for whole house cleaning of 2000 square???

Hello. We've been looking for a local carpet cleaning service, without much luck so far, so I wondered if anyone had any recommendations? Last time, we used one of those companies who put fliers offering 1/2-price services through the letterbox, but haven't seen any signs of them for ages, and we weren't that impressed with the results.

We're in an upstairs flat, and looking for one reception and the stairs to be cleaned - it's only everyday grime, nothing needing specialist cleaning. I don't have a car, and doubt I'd be able to haul the necessary equipment upstairs anyway, so renting and DIY isn't an option.

Thanks for any suggestions.
