For me:
Sewing. I just cannot sew. I don't have the patience and try to cut corners where it's not okay to cut corners. I get bored after a few stitches and find things like threading a needle fiddly and tedious!
Baking. I can cook - quite well in fact (I think), but I struggle with baking. Even packet mixes tend to go somewhat awry. They usually taste okay, but they look awful. We just made some packet mix brownies and I used the wrong size baking tray and they look like some sort of swamp. They smell lovely but I would never serve them in polite company.
