Diet and Exercise whilst breastfeeding

Hi Zoe, I don't know how much you know about the nutrition side of things but thought I would ask! I'm keen to get back into the exercise thing (as you know!) and have been thinking about more healthy eating again but am struggling to count the calories as I'm totally ravenous all the time from breastfeeding. I'm back to walking to and from school, which averages about four miles a day, so am not doing too badly as a start, but I do know that when it comes to losing weight, I do need to cut back on what I eat. I'm worried about it affecting my milk supply though, and that I'm just too hungry to do that! I'm a little concerned that if I throw more exercise in too I'll be even hungrier! Any tips?
