Antenatal Classes

Group Antenatal Classes
Set of 4 classes. 2 hours per week. A chance to meet other expectant parents.

Large groups will have approximately 8-10 couples.Venues and dates to be confirmed in Essex, Herts, Suffolk and other areas. Please contact us to check for availability in your area. Smaller group classes of up to 3 couples can be held at our in-house studio.

Course Price: £200.00 (book now or £50.00 deposit)

Course covers the following topics and more:

Pregnancy
Preparation for birth
Signs of labour
Stages of labour
Pain relief
It things don’t go to plan (ie induction, instrumental delivery, section)
Feeding your baby
New born baby care


ONE TO ONE ANTENATAL CLASS
4 hour course that can be completed in one or divided into two sessions

These offer a more personal experience and can be held at our in-house studio or in your own home and will cover the same topics as the group classes. You can book a time that is more convenient for you.

Course price: £180


ONE TO ONE REFRESHER COURSE
Refresher courses are available for second and subsequent pregnancies. Designed to strengthen your knowledge and improve your confidence. This is also a useful course if you did not go through labour in your first pregnancy. Held in your own home or in our in-house studio. Courses are tailored to your own needs and concerns.
