Pregnacy yoga Rayleigh

I am a BWY teacher who has gone on to specialise in pregnacy yoga. I am also a mum of four !
I offer a regular pregnacy class every monday night 7.30 to 8.30 @ castle hall, castle road, Rayleigh, Essex. Class can be pre-booked at £24 per month or £ 8.50 to drop-in.
