I have just started a new PILATES MATWORK class in Brentwood on Tuesday nights from 7 pm- to 8 pm : its a funclass (not intimidating, you don't need to be super fit or have the flexibility of an acrobat)) with disco lights- focusing on total body toning without cardio! Easy to follow with lots of options for different levels!
