Petitioning Chelmsford City Council (Parks and Green Spaces) for a Baby Memorial Garden at Hylands Park

http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/a ... e_petition

Note from the organisers:

In the UK every single day, over 17 babies die. There are sadly, a large number of bereaved parents in and around the Chelmsford area, and number that is increasing all the time. We are calling on Chelmsford City council to consider allowing us a small plot of land at Hylands Park to turn into a garden of rememberance. Somewhere quite we can go. Somewhere we can have specially made plaques laid down in memory of our babies.

We are not looking for funding, we will fundraise and pay for this ourselves. It would be profesionally landscaped and designed. Please help us raise awareness. We will never forget our babies...please help us keep their mnemories alive.

Thank You,

Jo Cope
