Been thinking of choosing a bespoke party planner for my kids 4th birthday.

I've been looking around and I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies, who provide this service in and around London/Surrey I've seen this company - http://www.dazzleandfizz.co.uk/party-se ... y-planning - but I was wondering if there were any other companies to consider?
