Keeping our parents healthy

[Care at Home]

I am interested to know if anyone has any advice about how to keep older parents healthy so they will never need care. The need for care is growing in the West, and the money to pay for the care isn't. So we need a solution. One way is to encourage those approaching older age to be as healthy as possible. But influencing our own parents/aunties etc can be difficult. Can anyone share any tips on how to do this that we could share on our website so less care is needed?
