I lost 3lb last week so 10lb in total, plus an inch from my waist
I am aiming for 3 1/2stone off so doing that with juice plus and a healthy evening meal plus exercise such as running and kettle bells and obviously swimming hours which is increasing to 6 hrs after half term as a lady has asked me to work for her swim school too

We didn't overindulge this year with the food and didn't drink much either which helped

I weighed myself yesterday and was down another 2lbs somehow bringing it to 10lbs overall. This this weekend might undo some hard work though!

Stayed the same this week. It could be either cause I haven't followed the plan to the letter / that we had our cheat night the night before weigh in or that it's that time of the month so that always messes my loss up!

Same here but I was expecting it after going away last weekend and eating out a couple of times!

Kind of fell off the wagon this week so I've stayed the same. Lots of rushed meals and lack of preparation. Feeling cross with myself tbh cause I was doing well and lots were commenting they could see I'd lost weight so it was obviously coming off in inches.

I've done okay this week and lost a couple of pounds but am still making up for the gain after our extravagent weekend away!

Well done Michelle. I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau but I think a lot of it is to do with the general upheaval of Kester changing jobs etc. Will get back on track!

Thankyou. That's 15lb loss for me since January. I'm really happy considering I haven't introduced exercise yet and all it's been is a few changes in food and the way it's prepared.
