You may have heard about Bowen but have you tried it? Bowen Therapy is a remarkable light hands on therapy which involves small, precise rolling moves, focusing on specific areas of the body to help promote relaxation, rebalancing and healing. It is suitable for all ages and is highly effective in babies and children. Babies can present with a lot of tension and overactive nervous systems making it difficult for them to feel comfortable and settled. Bowen can have a profound effect on their well-being as well as being highly beneficial for colicky and chesty babies. Babies also pick up on their mother's stress and anxieties which can exacerbate the problems of a restless baby, so treating both mother and baby is also of great benefit.
