Anyone want to revive this? I know a few of us are still trying, and some (I'm looking at you, Kris and Rachel) are doing really well!

I'm making a half-hearted attempt to eat fewer treats and snacks and watch portion sizes, but am so hungry it's hard to be too tough. I'm back doing the walking (works out around 4 miles a day) and will be starting up with Zoe again next week.

I lost the pregnancy weight in a couple of weeks and have lost another 5lbs since then.

Im starting with the healthier eating and reducing portion sizes, will be going back to the gym after I have seen the GP on Friday and going swimming once a week

How do you do it when you want something naughty. I've been good but theres that niggly want for Chocolate meh.
I normally have a spoon of Nutella :lol: Is better for you and gives you that energy. Just don't no how people do it x

We've been trying to keep treats etc. to the weekend so at least then you know it's only a few days until you can have something! Cutting it out entirely just makes me want it more...

You can get muller lights that are sweet enough to get a sugar kick - I'm not a big chocolate eater more jelly sweets and crisps so alternative haribo's - sugar free jelly crystals use a quarter of a pint of hot water and dissolve then put in a silicone mould - nomnom

Right, I'm posting in here again, anyone with me?

Kester and I have been trying to eat better over the last month or so. Aiming at 1lb off a week and have lost 5lbs so far so definitely the slow and steady approach! Not doing anything too drastic, cutting out snacks in the evening, trying to eat a bit healthier, watch the calorie intake etc. Now I'm back walking to school I'm hoping that will help too. Also am starting up with Zoe again next week and will also be joining her buggy fitness club on thursdays, as well as maybe her running group if the times work out. Oh and taking Dexter to baby swimming once Iris is in full-time school - I can tread water a bit there!

I started juice plus on Monday. My friend has had amazing results. It's not just for weight loss but also health benefits / energy etc.
going to start the gym / swim next week.

I need to join in here. I don't want to be on a diet I just want to eat 3 times a day. I'm going back to boxercise next week and thought I would go swimming once a week while Gus is at playgroup.

Morning, 1st weigh in although have only been doing bits since Monday and have been out for a birthday meal and have drank alcohol at a party on Friday night so didnt expect to lose any this week!

Have lost 3lb :)

Well done Michelle. Lost another 1lb this week - not a lot but it's what we're aiming for and is in the right direction. 6lbs in total. Yay!

I've added a ticker - it's hard seeing the massive amount I still have to go to get into a healthy BMI but I'm hoping it will motivate. I put my starting point as when I'd lost the pregnancy weight, so have actually lost 11lbs since then!

Another pound off - not a lot but it's what I'm aiming for and is all a move in the right direction! That brings my total to 12lbs less than my pre-pregnancy weight! I've decided to count from there as it's all a loss, just in a couple of batches!

I'm at 5lb now with a couple of inches lost too. My new regime is filling and have so much energy I'm buzzing. lol. Starting at the gym soon. Just got to find the time

I hadn't weighed myself in ages so jumped on the scales at the gym and had lost 13lb since the end of July
Just been going to the gym and eating good in the week oh and running around a pitch for 5-6hrs at the weekend
