I haven't given up but just waiting for life to settle down so I can work out when I an go to the gym again.
Plan to join SW properly as I lost tons last time so aim to do it again

My friend went from a size 28 to a 10-12 in a year using SW and she said she's never hungry and she doesn't do a massive amount of exercise but looks really good.

Kris do you reckon that slendertone works?
Micheele thats a massive amount to loose she did well. I found sw so slow for me but my friends rave about it.

It worked well for me but I had a break and then completely fell off the wagon.

Girlys what would you say your top dieting tip is? Saying that I cant diet.. just eat better I guess.
Drinking lots of water and fruit?
I lost half a stone in 2 weeks that way. I need to keep it up.
Okay I ate alot better too and gave up the booze.. not that I have a problem  You no what I mean. Nice to have a glass or few on the weekends  x

I think cutting out bread was a massive help. Although I occasionally crave toast.

And strangely the more you eat the more you lose. (healthy foods obviously) the body goes into lockdown if you starve yourself to protect the store of food you have.

Yeah I found this too. I just pick up some fruit or nuts to munch on. Lotsa fruit turns to water too doesnt it. So im hoping I will keep it up.
Naughty me had a few drinks yesterday but hey Ill be back on track 2mor. I had some awful sugary cereal this morning too hence drinking yesterday but hey.

Bread I like brown but I do notice I get sooo bloated on white bread so if I can I will stay clear.
Those of you that cut out bread, what would you eat, would you still eat your pastas etc for e.g for lunch etc? Its so easy to just grab a sandwich for lunch isnt it.

Have any of you actually got rid of your belly after having a baby?
Thats not meant to offend  Thats one place that just wont budge for me grrrr

Gemma i found (as most people) that after having children your whole body shape changes. I have now got a flabby belly and sides that just don't budge however much weight i loose. I weighed myself and i have put on 3 pounds. It is that time of the month and did have a pizza hut today! Do need to get in control again and get back in the zone!

Only a suggestion but I am back on the bandwagon as need to lose a little bit - or tbh I would be happy not to lose anything but just tone up a bit - by Christmas. Anyway - maybe we should start a new Ready for Christmas weight loss thread? Most people aim to lose for Christmas and we may get a few new toner-uppers or dieters to join and that would all help us (well me anyway) if there was more of us?

Only a suggestion!

Haha, I always find the closer I get to Christmas the more I think 'ah, I'll indulge at Christmas then think about it!''
