Yes carrying on with slim fast for a few weeks until I can get back into a routine with the gym x

How's everyone getting on?

I'm joining SW properly on Tuesday to try and get the support I think I need. As much as Paul supports me and does it too I think having that group aspect and weekly formal weigh in might help. Here's hoping anyway!!

Please post your losses / progress so I can update the lists. X

I am failing miserably, I keep trying to start and then something happens and I give up!! Was supposed to be going to SW but didnt go in the end. Need the motivation back - think I might buy something in a smaller size as a goal!! lol

I am back on it from yesterday but have weighed myself and have seemed to of stayed the same but its different scales so who knows.
