Windy Wednesday

#1 Unread post by weezypops » Wed Mar 18, 2015 1:47 pm

Afternoon all. Had a nice morning - popped over to a friend's for tea and crumpets with a few other school mums, then Dexter fell asleep on the way home so that worked out nicely!

Trying to work now but it's slow-going!

have another interview this week in Billericay and they have already asked me to cover hours and i would love to work at the pool longterm
How is john doing and the kids?
I have Jack's parents evening this afternoon and he wants me to ask about the 11 plus and tutoring...he said the other day he would like to go to westcliff...but I think he needs to view the schools first plus a year can change a kid alot!

Afternoon

Busy day at work with new admissions, building trolleys and interviewing staff.
Had Alexas report yesterday and it was brilliant. A target is to start looking more at non fiction but that's never gonna happen and has been a target since reception. She likes what she likes and she's a stubborn sod.
Parent teacher tomorrow night then mortgage meeting Friday.

Evening ladies.
I can't remember the last time I had crumpets.
Received a lovely letter from Felix this morning apologising for the way he behaved on Monday. Awwwwww. Felt like rushing over there to give him a hug.
Prepared a beef casserole for our dinner and that's smelling lovely at the moment.
I actually managed to get out in the garden this morning. Did a load of clearing winter dead stuff, cleared a neighbours rambling plant that was invading my shrubs and had a general tidy. Really glad I made the effort.
Mum to Louise and Andrew, Nanny to Felix, Iris, Dexter and Charlie.
