Yoga Groovettes is a fusion of yoga and dance, which uses music and movement combined into short routines to explore different styles and rhythms. Yoga Groovettes is about enjoying the movement of your body and gaining confidence in yourself.
SNAP currently runs Yoga Groovettes for girls aged around 8 to 13 years, on Monday evenings from 4pm to 5pm at The SNAP Centre.

SNAP is an Essex support group for parents of children and young people with any special need or disability. Families need to be registered with SNAP to attend services, training courses etc. please contact The SNAP Centre for further details
