I just had to come on and say how pleased I am with this company and how happy they have made my 2 year old son, William.

For his birthday he was given this toy.

He absolutely loved it but less than 4 weeks later the motor in the train broke - he was so unhappy! We phoned the company and they told us to return it and today we got a replacement train. William is so so so very very happy with it. The man we spoke to was very helpful and even tho the toy is now discontinued he promised he would find a replacement or send us vouchers for a new toy altogether.

As I say - I am very pleased with this company and wanted to share.
