Just a short notice to introduce a local charity based in Braintree, Essex called Parc-Essex (Play and Resource Centre)

PARC exists to provide support to families who have a child or children with any type of additional need from a very early stage. Children do not need an official diagnosis or to be registered as ‘disabled’ in order to access PARC. We have a range of children on our books including those with speech and language difficulties, autistic spectrum, epilepsy and those with physical and learning difficulties. Parc has been developed by a group of parents who have children with additional needs and has grown to help over 250 families with special needs children.
