These sessions will run every Wednesday as of October 1st, so if you are an expectant mum... bring yourself along! This is a great way to introduce yourself to new people from your community.
The coffee mornings are being held at The One Stop Shop, 24 -28 Orsett Road, Grays, Essex RM17 5EB from 11am - 12pm after the Parents 1st Fit-4-Mums to be classes! We all look forward to seeing you there!
