Hello Fellow Mummies and Mummies To Be.
I have finally joined Essex Mums. I am not sure why it has taken me so long. I just wanted to say Hello and introduce myself.
My name is Niki and I am a Yoga teacher, fitness expert and Celebrity Personal Trainer (I always feel funny about using that tag) I am often found chatting on Radio Essex found lottering on trains in between PT clients. I run my own company called Sadhana Yoga which is based in the Kelvedon and Feering area, offering yoga classes and wellness days (my next wellness day is in June)
