Hi All,

I'm new to Essex Mums. I'm also a new mum, I gave birth to my gorgeous twin girls on 1st November 2012, it has been a challenging but very rewarding 14 weeks but I have also loved every single minute of it. It was a challenge for us to get pregnant but it finally happened and our two extremely special girls are finally here.

Really looking forward to being a part of Essex Mums and hopefully getting to meet some of you lovely mums also.

Welcome to the site Gem! I'm Louise, I live in Westcliff with my husband Kester and our two kids, Felix who is 5 and Iris who is 3, plus we have another on the way.

The forum is really friendly, I hope you like it here! If you get a chance you should come and post in the daily threads as we do a lot of chatting there!

I only joined last month also. I'm Emma, just moved to Southend and I have two kids- Finn who's 4 and Isla who's nearly 2.

I am Gina, mum to Mia and Mason. We live in Westcliff. I agree join us in the daily chat, is a good way to get to know us and we are a friendly bunch.

Every day there is a thread started in the 'A Bit of a Chat Section' called something like 'Sunny Thursday' or 'Finally Friday' - it's those!
