First Parenting Nanny Care

#1 Unread post by weezypops » Thu Jun 09, 2011 2:48 pm

Our Nanny Care service offers evening and weekend childcare to families. Our qualified and trained nursery nurses are all CRB checked with basic First Aid and currently work in an existing childcare setting, having up to date references.

Registration
In order to use our Nanny Care service, you must register with First Parenting for a one off fee of £35*. This price includes a home visit from a member of our team. *free to children currently enrolled on any of our courses

Care of your Child
For first bookings, we recommend that you factor at least 30 minutes before leaving your house, this gives your child/children time to become familiar with their new carer. For evening care, our Nannies are happy to complete the bed time routine i.e. supervise brushing of teeth, read a bedtime story, put to bed, give night feeds and change nappies as required. For day care, our Nannies will prepare/serve pre-planned meals and supervise feeding, give appropriate drinks and snacks throughout the day, support potty-training, change nappies as required and devise fun, age appropriate activities for your child/children. We will consider additional special requirements for the care of your child/children by prior agreement.

Booking Fees
Please try to book in advance and we will endeavour to match a Nanny in your area. At least 24 hours cancellation notice is required or a full charge will be made. Payment must be made at time of booking, late arrival of the parent/carer will be charged in addition to the booking fee at £5 for every 30 minutes and this surcharge must be given directly to your Nanny.

2 hours, £20
3 hours, £27.50
4 hours, £35.00
8 hours, £65.00
24 hours, £165
N.B. Based on a maximum of 1-3 children with no more than two under 3 years old, a second Nanny may be required if above this guidance, in some cases exceptions may be made for siblings and is dependent on their ages. Children from a second family may be cared for at the same address but must be registered.
