Performed on a mini trampoline, this 1hr group exercise class aimed at new Mums is the key to a fit body and a fun time. Focusing on simple movements whilst bouncing, it aids weight loss "3 times quicker" than any other exercise due to opposing gravity by jumping on a trampoline.

Run on a Tuesday & Friday afternoon. Aimed at children aged 4 - 10 years (but any age welcome) these energetic sessions also incorporate games like musical statues, team relays and ball games focusing on 'making fitness fun'. Improving co-ordination, balance and motor skills, boys and girls get fit, improve confidence and learn teamwork with prizes and stickers included too!
