I currently run Health & Fitness based
classes for the community at the South Weald Parish Hall on the London Road in Brentwood, Essex.
The classes are "Pay as you Go". No subscriptions.
No Monthly Memberships. Just turn up and exercise
when you can. £3.95 per person per class, or £5.50
for two classes attended back to back.
The emphasis of the classes are focussed on improving
health and fitness levels working the inner body, the
mind and not just on the cosmetic's of the outer body.
The classes are for all levels of fitness, for men
and women, every age, size or shape. Participants
attend in their 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's and a
very fit 79 year old, whom I can only hope to be like!
I am very approachable and professional, demonstrate
and instructions are given to provide safe and
effective exercises in a very open and friendly
environment - classes that are affordable for all!
Classes that may be suitable for Mum's and parents are
Pilates or toning based classes focussing on the
posture, core muscles, spine alignment and working
deep transversus and pelvic floor muscles which can be
weakened through childbirth or further aggravated by
carrying and pushing toddlers.

Power Walking
Tai-Chi Qigong Shibashi
Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga
Spine Clinic for problematic backs or used as a
preventative tool. 90% of all adults will at some
time in their life be affected by back issues - it is
vital to understand how to keep the Spine healthy to
avoid injury, compression, tension and strain. In
addition, to Meditation Relaxation and Deep Breathing
based Yoga to help de-stress, combat negative thoughts
or emotions, enhance endorphins alleviating
depressions, soothing and calming for the endocrine,
digestive and glandular system.
Well-Being Days or 1 Holistic Days for those that
really need to be pampered, need a period of recovery,
recharging batteries or just to chill out from the
stresses of life : combining therapeutic fitness,
stretching, deep breathing, relaxation with Beauty &
Therapeutic Holistic Treatments.
(Therapeutic Fitness means tailored to the individual
needs, for example, helping with digestion, carpel
tunnel, shoulder problems, weak ankles or knees, lower
back, fatigue, insomnia, high blood pressure etc.,)
I try and provide classes for all -- from high
energetic aerobics to slow relaxing tai-chi.
