All classes very low cost but receive quality coaching with an experienced coach

We offer an outreach service for children with a disability (at no cost) for families who can not come to gym club or maybe just want some ideas.

Amanda’s Calm Class runs each month on a Friday 1.00 – 1.50 (Low cost and not yoga)You need to bring some items with you so please make contact beforehand.
