London Memorial Service - 8th May 2011

Dear parents

The maternity and neonatal staff at University College London Hospital will be holding a memorial service on Sunday 8 May 2011 at 3.00pm at the Whitefield Memorial American Church, 79a Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 4TD.

The short service is open to all parents and families who would find it helpful to remember a baby who has died at any stage of pregnancy or after birth, whether recently or long ago. The service will be followed by light refreshments.

If you would like a poem, reading or piece of music included in the service or would like to take part in the service, please get in touch with Cherie Raphael as soon as possible. The team will do their best to include your choice.
