Westcliff 13 month old & 7 week old !

Hi, i have a 13 month old girl and a 7 week old boy (also a 5 yr old girl at school) i live in westcliff and wondered if there was anyone else with children of similar age? because the babies are only a year apart im at a loss to know what to do and where to go with them. xx
