Quirky or geeky?
At the moment I'm really liking Dexter and Lucian - are they quirky-cute or geeky-bad?

You know I love Dexter but you said you had gone off it a bit after watching the TV programme about a serial killer with the same name Not sure about Lucian, would possibly grow on me but makes me think of a boy who's a bit of sap lol

Actually it wasn't the serial killer aspect that put me off it, or the programme, as I love it. It was the fact that it might become more popular, or that other people might associate it with that!Clairebear wrote:You know I love Dexter but you said you had gone off it a bit after watching the TV programme about a serial killer with the same name Not sure about Lucian, would possibly grow on me but makes me think of a boy who's a bit of sap lol
I can see the sappiness of Lucian, but I still quite like it. Hmm.

Dexter is cool. Lucian - not for me. For some reason it makes me want to say Lucifer! I haven't come across a baby Dexter yet?

That's what I meant, that you had gone off it because of the association people would make I love the name and the programme (not to mention the actor who plays him )

You've not seen Dexter?? Man, someone help Jenn out!
I like them both. Dexter is on my favourites list but Brett doesn't like it because of the association with the show and he's probably a bigger fan of it than I am!
Lucian does lean me towards Lucifer, like Jenn said. I think it would just be asking for trouble!

Jenn, you have to watch it! It's brilliant. There's a new series starting soon but you need to catch up with the first few as the last season had such a cliffhanger ending.
Re: Quirky or geeky?
what's it on? are they repeating the last series in the day? i know e4 do that with some programmes?

I doubt it would be on in the day as it's definitely not suitable for children. It's normally on FX I think.
