O - Names

#1 Unread post by weezypops » Wed Mar 30, 2011 2:23 pm

At the moment I seem to find boys names ending in O really appealing, like Leo, Milo, Theo and Arlo. What do you think of these? Any good?

I'm afraid I can't think of Milo wiothout thinking about the Tweenines - I have always thought it is a lovely name tho and wouldn't want to put you off it - just thought i'd be honest.

So although Milo is probably my favourite - I would go for Theo - although I do know 2 boys called Theo so I don't know if it has become popular in recent years? If that is a problem?

How about Otto?

I really like Leo, it is my nephews name and also my sisters nephew's (by marriage) name. I like Theo too :)

Ah yes, the Tweenies, that did spring to mind for me too. Otto Ford is a bit too like Auto Ford for me.

The popularity of both Theo and Leo might concern me, though they are probably my preferred two.

I LOVE Otis and would use it in a heartbeat but Kester isn't keen and it sounds a bit weird with Iris. It's one of my favourite boy's names though.

Sorry, i dont really like any of those, but i like Theo the most. But if you say Felix, Iris and Theo, i think the F and Th is a bit much in my own opinion. Its part of the reason that Ruby wasnt a Freya because of Faith being F too.

Haha, yes - this is Kester's main reason for disliking it, though I think it would be lost on anyone under 25 (showing your age there Jon...)
