Saffron
Re: Saffron
Saffron.. a very pretty name!
I like the way that both the Saffron crocus and the Iris are similar flowers in colour, shape and appearance. I think that makes them go very well together and sort of follows a theme.
I also think Saffron isn't used a lot and therefore also compliments Felix and Iris' names.
My favourite is Saffron Eliza tho - Sorry Kester! LOL!

Its a grower..I wasnt sure when I read the post a while ago, but it has grown on me lol.
I love the name Scarlett at the moment, my friends daughter is called it and its just so lovely. At the end of the day pick the name you like the best (or worse case scenario put it in a excel spreadsheet and get the kids to pick a number at random )

Oh yeah, we will, it's just nice to hear other people's opinions. We put a lot of time and thought into names and sometimes people pick up on things you miss, I think. It's just nice to throw a few around, plus I just like talking about names!

Re: Saffron
I like it but I know of 2 very precocious saffrons so it puts me off LOL! Saying that though we know some horrible Thomas's too! Compared to my choice Lou you can have almost anything you like and it wont be weird (and no I am not sharing)

Re: Saffron
People are ohh and ahh about what we want to call our new bubba, but its what we like, we have had mixed opinions, but it makes us like it all the more x
Re: Saffron
Saffron Eliza is lovely. Liliana is too much of a mouthful.
Mum to Louise and Andrew, Nanny to Felix, Iris, Dexter and Charlie.

Re: Saffron
I like Saffron its very pretty and i haven't come across any which is what we both seem to like. I like Eliza or Charlotte as a middle name.

Re: Saffron
Out of the middle names i prefer Liliana, but with Saffron i think Eliza or Charlotte sound the best.
