Change for Life

Change for life

Just recieved my pack this morning and was pleasently suprised. I asked for one a while back and thought they'd forgot about us!!

You fill in a booklet intially where they ask what things you do / dont do (by multiple choice), and then today when i got the pack they gave me the results, Josh needs to try and eat a few more fruits and veg a day (I know this already)

Anyway...the pack contains useful info on how to get your kids to eat fruits and veg, what things to have - what they can swap...instead of crisps then breadsticks etc.. talks about exercise and fat content etc...

Plus you get some recipe cards for easy to make, healthy foods, we got turkey stir fry, fish cakes, pancakes, scones etc.. and they give you the opportunity to be sent some more recipe cards and a binder for FREE!!

All the booklet is child friendly for those who can read and is certainly worth a look!!

They are good! I put all my details into the change for life website. I did it ages ago and Michelle is right - the pasck is great - stickers, badges, a pedometer, actvity books. Well worth it.

Recieved another pack this morning, it has a chart with stickers for the kids and us to put what healthy things we are eating as part of the 5 a day and what things we're doing to keep active!!
