Paediatric Asthma/Allergy Nursing Service

Not too sure if some of you from the Southend area are aware of this service but it might be of some use to some of you.

The nurse comes and sees you at home or at a clinical environment.

Yes you can self refer yourself, you just telephone the number and if Alison is not there you can leave a message and she will telephone you back.

I do know that any children that have been referred have been very happy with the service. Worth a try Gemma if you are concerned.

the nurses at our asthma clinic are excellent and have really got Jacks asthma under control, they keep regular appointments to check him, I suppose Sheeina they can only give them certain pumps at the mo - as the poor wee mites can't do the lung capacity test yet

Jack always gets a hacking cough when he runs around x
