Hi, my name is Nicky and I would like to introduce to the Southend Bowen Therapy Children's Clinic.
Bowen therapy is a light touch hands on therapy using gentle rolling movements over soft tissue. These precise moves help stimulate the nervous system to promote healing and aid pain relief. It is used to help with a wide range of ailments and conditions. The benefits include:
Healthier children with better concentration
Improved sleeping patterns
Enhanced motor control and behaviour leading to happier, quieter, more relaxed children

The clinic is run by local bowen therapists at the Therapy Life Centre, Prittlewell Chase, Southend on Sea. it is a voluntary service and is funded by donations by parents.
