We're so excited to announce plans for an awesome new festival of light coming to Southend this February half term!
LuminoCity will feature fantastic large-scale interactive light installations that will pop up at iconic landmarks in Southend town centre and seafront from Wednesday 16 - Saturday 19 February, thanks to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and the Southend Tourism Partnership.
