Nicole hosted a Demand Film a few years ago about body image (called Embrace) at the Southend Odeon through the same company and so many people later fed back that they found the event very validating, connecting and empowering. The essential message of the documentary is that people would ideally be given open information, choices, a consistent midwife and be supported to trust their bodies and intuition in the pregnancy and birthing process.
