These will be open to KL Students and others (unless stated otherwise).

MON 17TH FEB
4.30pm-6pm FAMILY CIRCUS
All welcome including adults and kids of all ages! A mix of circus activities to do together both floor and aerial based! CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AT LEAST 1 ADULT.
Adults = £12
Children under 16 = £9.50
Extra Adult from same family = £10 per person

TUES 18TH FEB
3.30pm-4.30pm STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY
Working on all aspects of flexibility including back bends and splits!
Beginners welcome as well as experienced.

4.30pm-5.30pm TUMBLING WORKSHOP
Working on everything upside down including rolls, cartwheels, flips and more using Air Track, Springboard and spotting.

2.30pm-3pm AERIAL MINIS
30min session for little ones first taste of circus! Includes a mix of aerial and ground activities!

A mix of our more unique pieces of equipment including lollipop, mini hoops, figure 8 hoop, trapeze, cloud, and more!

A SOCIALLY DISTANCED SHOWCASE

For KL Aerial Fitness Studio ❤

With the current situation in the UK with COVID-19, KL Aerial Fitness Studio has now been closed for 3.5 months and we are currently still not permitted to open by the government.
We are hopeful we can open soon but when we do, this will be with strict social distancing measures in place, meaning we can only run in a reduced capacity and our usual activities such as live showcases and events wont be able to take place for some time......in person anyway!

But as they say "The show must go on" and we have decided to hold an ONLINE showcase which will be broadcast on a platform such as zoom so we can still enjoy some kind of performances from instructors and students!

Performances will be pre-recorded or live streamed from students or instructors gardens and then put together as one online show to be broadcast on 21st August.

Any of our KL students, instructors and friends are welcome to take part and it is very much anything goes!
You can perform anything and it doesn't need to be pole, aerial or circus, it can be any variety performance such as dancing, singing or anything you can manage!

Practice your performance and then film it and submit it to us when you are ready or if you are brave enough and have the means, you can go live on the day!

Don't forget several of the instructors are still offering private lessons from home gardens or have equipment available for you to practice on and film your performance if you need to that can be managed in a safe and socially distanced manner. We may also be lucky and be able to have some access to the studio soon so there will be further opportunities there. It doesn't have to be super advanced, we've all been a bit restricted over the last few months but do have fun with it and it's a good excuse to dress up and get the glitter out!

Once videos are filmed, they will be broadcast online and we will be asking people to make a donation to gain a link to watch the show!

Money raised will be going towards supporting the studio while we are having to work at a reduced capacity to help towards covering our expenses at this difficult time including the building expenses and the extra equipment and PPE we have had to purchase!
