Re: Itchy!!!

My friends wife suffers from a condition in pregnancy that causes her to be itchy. The later in pregnancy you get, the worse it can get and they usually induce you around 36-38 weeks as it is a condition of the liver. She has had it every pregnancy so far and is being induced soon because it has bee...

Re: Age of consent should be 13, says barrister

Yes, fair point. Maybe I was seeing it just from the personal situation and not the wider picture. There wasnt a big gap between him and his ex, but in the eyes of the law as it is now, even a 15 and 17 year old is wrong. Maybe it should have sub sections to the law so its not a case of one size fit...

Re: Age of consent should be 13, says barrister

i agree with it being lowered or scrapped completely. Rape is rape and abuse is abuse at the end of the day, regardless of age. If sex is consensual between both parties, especially in a relationship then neither should feel scared of persecution. This just makes teenagers more secretive about it an...

Second homes

I have asked and looked around but keep coming up with different answers, so here goes... We are looking at purchasing a new house, but ours needs so much work before we want to put it on the market, but its not ideal living in the house at the same time. For the right house, my dad may pay for it f...

Re: Appropriate Age for a Mobile Phone

I think Charli's arguement for it is pretty fair and she does seem very mature for her age. If it is a no frills phone then i cant see why not. Btw, tescos have good cheap deals for pay monthly on sim only (ie £7.50 or £10 per month) and you can cap the usage so she cant go over. You may even get ch...

Re: Wills - important issue for anyone with kids under 18

Just to add to this about Parental Responsibility. An unmarried father to a child born after Dec 2003 now automatically gets PR providing his name is on the childd birth certificate. For children born to unmarried parents BEFORE dec 2003, then the father has to apply for PR through the courts. Any u...

But as it stands, the school have said if the ex doesnt start cooperating with the school promptly then childrens services will be contacted. Due...

Truancy/Custody

My partner has a 9 year old daughter from a previous relationship. Her mother currently has custody but he was awarded access through the courts in 2008 (every other weekend and half of school holidays, alternate xmas/new year, fathers day, few hours on her birthday and his birthday). Ever since she...

Re: Gender Swaying

This is totally going to be one of those *TMI* posts haha but when we tried for Brandon I used the strips so it would have been pretty close to ovulation that we 'did the deed', but afterwards i layed with my legs and bum up in the air as i read this increases your chances of conceiving as it gives ...
